-Provide and manage the automated review request engine.
-Draft and post AI-assisted review responses.
-Connect your business with third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
-Communicate with you regarding your account and performance.
3. Data Sharing and Sub-processors
We do not sell your data or your customers' data. To provide our services, we share data with trusted sub-processors, including:
-Marketing Platforms: GoHighLevel and Climbo (for CRM and automation).
-Communication Carriers: Twilio or Mailgun (for SMS and Email delivery).
-AI Providers: OpenAI or Google (for generating content).
4. SMS Disclosure (Carrier Compliance)
To comply with A2P 10DLC regulations:
-Opt-in: We only send SMS review requests to contacts you provide who have given express consent to receive communications from your business.
-Opt-out: Every initial SMS sent by our system includes "Reply STOP to opt out." Once a user opts out, our system is programmed to prevent further messages to that number.
-No Sharing: SMS consent and phone numbers are never shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect data. However, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide data at your own risk and that we are not liable for breaches at the sub-processor level (e.g., a Google or GHL data breach).
